SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from Bali, Indonesia.
International orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx. Domestic Indonesia orders are shipped via J&T Express. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. International delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier delays beyond our control.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product or shipping price and may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. LELE cannot be responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect information.
Same-day Bali delivery may be available on request.

RETURNS
Due to the limited nature of our collections and international shipping from Bali, Indonesia, we are currently unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@lelelabel.com, including your order number and photos of the issue. We will always do our best to resolve the situation carefully and fairly.
